What this app is

Z3 Operator is an AI managing-partner assistant for small businesses. This pilot build runs a fictional sample company entirely on your device so the product can be evaluated.

Data this pilot build collects

None. This pilot build:

• collects no personal data and creates no account;
• runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind;
• sends nothing you type off your device — the sample company's data ships inside the app and your pilot activity (queue state, consent choice, reports) is stored only in the app's local storage on your device;
• contains an in-app report feature for flagging AI output; in this pilot, reports are stored locally on your device and shown in the app's Settings so the feature can be reviewed.

You can erase all locally stored pilot data at any time from Settings → “Revoke consent & reset pilot,” or by clearing the app's storage.

The full product (for transparency)

In the full, connected product, the operator works through Google Gemini, Google's AI model. When a business connects the full product:

• the prompts the user types and the company memory needed to answer them are sent to Google for processing under Google's terms;
• the app displays a first-run consent screen naming the provider and what data reaches it, and consent can be revoked in Settings;
• sends, posts, and payments are never executed without the business owner's approval;
• we do not sell personal data, and we do not use personal data for advertising.

If the full product's data practices differ from this page, this page and the app's Google Play Data safety section will be updated before that version is released.

Children

Z3 Operator is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and it knowingly collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
